- How does AgentWebRanking work with Google API?
AgentWebRanking allows you to check google ranking through Google™ Web API. AgentWebRanking submits queries through the Google Web API, processes the returned results and presents it through AgentWebRanking software. You do not have to input the keywords or keyphrases each time you want to check your site's position. AgentWebRanking remembers yours keywords. You set up your report(s) with keywords and it saves it for you. You simply run it over and over again and it stores the data.

- Why do I have to sign up for a Google API key?
AgentWebRanking uses the Google™ API to retrieve the data necessary for your reports. Using the Google API requires that each individual has their own license key. So before you start using Google API through AgentWebRanking software you need to obtain a free license key from Google. You can get this from the Google API website. This is a simple process and you should be able to get the license key within a few minutes.

- How do I get access to the Google APIs service?
You must first agree to the terms and conditions of the Google API and create a Google API Account. Google will then email you a license key to use with your Google Web APIs applications. Every time you make a call to the Google Web APIs service, you must include your license key.

2 - Once you have the key enter it into the appropriate box in AgentWebRanking software. The software will remember the key. So there is no need to type it in every time.

- How does the Google APIs service work?
Developers write software programs that connect remotely to the Google Web APIs service. Communication is performed via the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), an XML-based mechanism for exchanging typed information.

- Is there a limit on the number of results I can receive per query with the Google API?
Yes. You cannot access information beyond the 1000th result for any given query. If you make more than 1,000 queries in a day, AgentWebRanking will respond with a SOAP Fault stating that you exceeded your daily query total.

- Why am I unable to search using the software? It always reports an error.
